We deliver products all over Bangladesh.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
2. Delivery Time
Inside Dhaka City: 1–3 working days
Outside Dhaka City: 3–7 working days
Delivery may take longer during public holidays, special sales, or unavoidable circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Inside Dhaka City: ৳60 – ৳80 (depending on weight/size of the product)
Outside Dhaka City: ৳120 – ৳150 (depending on courier and product size/weight)
Free delivery may be available for special promotions or bulk orders.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service in most areas of Bangladesh.
For certain remote areas, advance payment may be required.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation (for prepaid orders) or order verification (for COD orders).
Customers will receive a confirmation message/email after placing an order.
6. Delays & Exceptions
Papyrus Mart BD is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances.
